Learn More About Our CEO
As co-founder and CEO of Lady Waste Corp., Lilly Luna brings extensive experience from her previous endeavors in the transportation sector to drive growth within the waste management market. Her journey began at Express Boat Transport, where she oversaw day-to-day operations and logistics, as well as overseeing 9 managers in the administrative and maintenance departments since 1998. After selling Express Boat Transport in 2019, Lilly and her husband shifted their focus to full-time work in the construction industry. They soon identified a need for reliable, efficient, professional waste management services, leading them to establish Lady Waste Corp using their combined expertise.
Despite the demands of her job and family life, Lilly managed to balance her obligations and further her education, achieving milestones such as obtaining an AA degree in Biology in 2012 and a bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology in 2018 which she completed with high honor (Cum Laude). Her next goal is to complete an MBA program.
The ambition of success and being well educated is deeply rooted in her culture. At the age of twelve, Lilly immigrated legally to the United States with her mother and brother, seeking refuge from a communist country where opportunities for success were scarce. The idea of achieving the American Dream motivated her to work hard and pursue her goals relentlessly. Together with her supportive husband and faith in God as their copilot, they have successfully achieved the American Dream, which has inspired them to continue striving for more.
